Carpaydiem to become Toyota Tsusho's subsidiary company.
In February 2023, Carpaydiem has officially agreed to become a subsidiary company of Toyota Tsusho.
Carpaydiem has had a capital alliance with Toyota Tsusho since 2020 and made the decision to become a subsidiary company to further expand synergies between the two companies.
Carpaydiem has an expanding e-commerce business selling Japanese used cars overseas and exporting them to more than 100 countries around the world and still growing. Toyota Tsusho will expand its online used car sales and export business by combining its overseas network as well as after-sales service, with Carpaydiem's marketing and sales capabilities in the automotive business.
Through this business alliance, both parties, will further increase capital and the speed of business.
