How much should I pay as a deposit to join the auction?
The minimum deposit is USD300. You can bid up to 10 times the amount of your deposit.
e.g. USD1,000 deposit would allow you to bid up to USD10,000 on a vehicle.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payments by bank transfers for a successful bid vehicle. For the auction security deposit, we can accept bank transfer or Paypal.
What are the steps after succesfully winning a bid?
Our sales staff will issue an invoice. Please arrange your payment within 48 hours.
After confirming the payment we will start the booking process for the next available vessel. Once the vessel leaves Japan we will send you the necessary documents for you to be able to clear the vehicle locally.

How soon do I need to pay for the purchased vehicle?
Payment must be made in full within 48 hours after the invoice issued.
