In my opinion you should plan setting up an office in Malawi
to enable you contact directly with local customers and solve their problems promptly. Things like money transfers thru banks ....can be easy as you can set measures to have local commercial banks handle your revenues. A thing you can track easily when payment is done. The rest of the service delivery to me looks OK only this part
