STEP

Payment
- Once your Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued, the vehicle is reserved for you (Under Offer). To keep the reservation, complete the before-shipment payment and submit your Proof of Payment by the TT Copy Submission Deadline stated on your PI.
- For bank transfer (T/T), send the TT Copy including the invoice number to support@carused.jp, or to the sales representative who issued your PI, by email or WhatsApp.
- After we receive your Proof of Payment, we will email you your Payment Confirmation Due Date. The sale is concluded once we confirm receipt of your payment in our bank account.
- Payment methods other than bank transfer may be available depending on the transaction. Please check with your sales representative.
*Your Proforma Invoice states the TT Copy Submission Deadline. If your Proof of Payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

Shipping
- We will prepare the original documents required for import customs clearance including Bill of Lading, exports certificate and commercial invoice.
- Documents will be delivered by DHL Express to your preferred address.

Delivery
- You are required to clear vehicles at the customs.
- Submit your original documents to your freight forwarder at the port to clear the car.
- Since we do not offer clearing and delivering services, please contact a forwarder and check about the process by yourself.
