Hiace 200s went on for sale from August 2004. There were three body types; standard, long and super long as well as standard roof, middle-roof and high roof. There are two types of width, standard being 1695mm and wide being 1880mm. There were two types of the floor as well, one being standard with floor arches and the other without floor arches called "Just Low". There were four types for the number of occupants, 2/5 people, 3 people, 3/6 people and 3/6/9 people. Powertrain consists of 1TR-FE, 2TR-FE gasoline engines and 1KD-FTV, 2KD-FTV diesel engines. They were matched with the choice of 2WD or 4WD. DX grade comes with unpainted black bumpers and mirrors as well as wheels without hubcaps. GL grade comes with pained bumpers as well as chromed side mirrors. All models come with 6-hole wheels.
