Buy Now is a feature in Carused.jp’s inquiry and order system providing the customers an easy way to reserve and download Proforma Invoices (PI) for instant purchasing.

Customers must make the payment via Bank transfer or Paypal (note: Paypal is only available for purchases that cost C&F $8,000 and below) within 48 hours after making the vehicle reservation.

Customers must upload the proof of payment through mypage or through email within 48 hours.

Customers must notify Carused.jp within 48 hours if any case or reasons arise that may cause the payment to be delayed.

Customers must notify Carused.jp with any changes regarding the Consignee Details within 48 Hours.

Customers who has failed to make the payment in the allocated time (48 hours) may be applied at Carused.jp’s Discretion with the following penalties:

1. Carused.jp may choose to remove the customer’s reservation status for the vehicle and will be re-listed on the Carused.jp website to list for resale.
2. Customers will lose the capability to make another “Buy Now” reservation including alternate accounts the customers may create in a different name or email.

1. Customers may only apply for a Reservation of the same vehicle once.
2. Proforma Invoices issued by using “Buy Now” shall have its final price listed for the vehicles, further negotiations are not allowed.
3. If Carused.jp does not receive an application for extension of the period, this request will be processed normally until the 48 hour period expires.
4. Customers shall be responsible for providing all the customer information relating to the purchase such as but not limited to the Consignee Details, Country, and Port.
5. Customers shall be responsible in certifying that information provided on #5 are all true and Correct.
6. Customers shall be responsible for reviewing and checking all of the specification, condition and photos provided by the seller “Carused.jp” of the vehicles the customers intend to purchase. With this, the customer certified the he/she understood and agrees to the following terms below:
   • The seller “Carused.jp” shall not be liable for any specifications, physical condition, date of registration and import regulation that the seller “Carused.jp” was not aware at the time of the Customer’s “Buy Now” request.
   • Customers shall purchase the vehicle “as it is” starting from when the Customers used the “Buy Now” function.

In addition to Article I Terms of Use for First time Customers and Regular Customers:

1. Customers can only make one “Buy Now” request.
2. In the event that the customer makes another subsequent “Buy Now” request, Only the first vehicle shall be automatically reserved.

In addition to Article I Terms of Use for First time Customers and Regular Customers:

1. Carused.jp Reserves the right to appoint the “regular customer” status to its customers
2. Regular Customers will be notified by Whatsapp or email upon upgrade.
3. Customers may use the “Buy Now” function and reserve a vehicle more than once however the Seller “Carused.jp” still reserves the right to set the maximum allowed reservation per Customer.

Customers of Carused.jp upon making the “Buy Now” request are deemed and assumed to have read, understood and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions.

Carused.jp reserves the right to alter, modify, add, remove and amend any part of the “Buy Now” Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice or consent to customers.
